ABOUT JACY

Jacy Norgaard is the Official Photographer of the World of Outlaws CASE Construction Late Model Series and the Xtreme Outlaw Series. 

 

Jacy grew up in motorsports and got his photography start at the legendary Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wisconsin. He then served as the track photographer at Ogilvie Raceway for over a decade. Jacy also traveled extensively across the Midwest during this period establishing himself in the industry.

 

A lifelong resident of Minnesota, Jacy now resides in North Carolina and hopes to continue to produce motorsports images for years to come.
